What are Automatic Call Notes, and how do they assist in managing recruitment calls?

Managing multiple calls can be challenging, especially when trying to remember every detail. Our Automatic Call Notes feature is here to help. It transcribes and summarizes your calls, ensuring no important detail slips through the cracks. This feature allows you to easily revisit conversations and follow up effectively, making every interaction count.

By calling the driver on their Application Number we will automatically create a Call Note within minutes. You will be able to see it like the event below where you can both listen to the recording and view the transcript of the call.

Click the View Transcription button to open and see a transcript of the whole conversation.
