Explaining Call Forwarding

Updated over a week ago

How does the Call Forwarding Feature help in the recruitment process?

Our new Call Forwarding Feature is designed to bridge the communication gap between you and the drivers. It ensures that drivers recognize when you're calling, which significantly improves pickup rates. Plus, if a call is missed, smart notifications are sent to both parties, facilitating a swift reconnection.

How do I set it up?

You can setup Call Forwarding under Settings > Call Settings.

Signing up for Premium includes receiving your Dedicated Lanefinder phone number. Calls to this number go straight to voicemail, accessible in the event log. By providing your preferred phone number, drivers can reach you through your Dedicated Lanefinder number, with Automatic Call Notes and transcripts available.

Your Dedicated Lanefinder number can be used at any time with any driver.

Business Hours

By enabling the 'Business Hours' feature, you can set specific time slots during which your number will be active. Any calls made outside these hours will be directed to your voicemail. You can access and listen to these voicemails via the event log. This feature allows you to add multiple time slots to accommodate varying schedules across different days.

Who can access these new features?

These innovative features are available now for all Premium accounts. They represent our commitment to providing top-notch tools to aid in your recruitment efforts, making your process as efficient and effective as possible.
